We upgraded our website! Come see what’s new at corindus.com
We’re excited to announce that our new and refreshed website is now live! The launch of our new website reflects our vision to provide continued advancements in medical technology to perform robotic-assisted PCI with our next generation CorPath GRX System. The website is easy to navigate and boasts a clean and intuitive design showcasing a range of new content and features. Check it out to learn more about CorPath GRX, how to start your own robotic program, view the cutting-edge clinical evidence supporting robotic-assisted PCI, and keep up with Corindus in the news and upcoming conferences. We are excited to share this new site with you and hope you will visit us soon at www.corindus.com!
Visit us at the San Diego Cardiovascular Interventions Conference: Robotics & CHIP
On July 28th and 29th we will be exhibiting at the San Diego Cardiovascular Interventions Conference at The Estancia La Jolla Hotel in La Jolla, CA. Attendees will gain in-depth knowledge from experts in the field of vascular robotics and will have the chance to observe live robotic-assisted PCI cases broadcast throughout the meeting. Attendees can also test drive CorPath GRX with an advanced simulator in our booth to get hands-on experience. Directed by Dr. Ehtisham Mahmud, the two-day event sets out to give attendees the understanding of the clinical utility of next generation vascular robotics. For more information or to register, view the program brochure, visit www.sdinterventions.com or speak with your local Corindus representative.
The Role of Robotics in Transradial Access PCI
Over the years, adoption for transradial access has steadily increased due to benefits for the patient; however, as of late, there has been a lot a talk about increased radiation exposure to physicians during PCI via transradial access. Our latest blog post focuses on the role radial access robotic-assisted PCI may play in improving PCI. Our CorPath GRX System is optimized for radial procedures and provides physicians with radiation protection by removing them from bedside to sit behind a radiation shielded workstation to robotically manipulate guide catheters, guidewires, and balloon/stent catheters.
CorPath GRX Advanced User Training at Corindus World Headquarters
We are providing cath lab staff members the opportunity to advance their CorPath GRX knowledge and skills at our Advanced User Training course, held at Corindus World Headquarters. If your facility has launched a CorPath GRX robotic program, talk to your local Corindus Clinical Account Manager to determine your eligibility, learn more about the program and upcoming course dates.
The CorPath GRX System is intended for use in the remote delivery and manipulation of guidewires and rapid exchange balloon/stent catheters, and remote manipulation of guide catheters during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures.
The CorPath 200 System is intended for use in the remote delivery and manipulation of coronary guidewires and balloon/stent catheters during PCI procedures and in the remote delivery and manipulation of guidewires and rapid exchange catheters during percutaneous vascular interventional procedures.
